I started my career in animal therapy in 2006, when I gained my Equinology certificate in equine sports massage. In 2014 I went on to study veterinary physiotherapy at Writtle University College, gaining a level 7 Postgraduate Diploma; the highest level of training in the field. In 2018 I undertook a research project on the perceptions of animal musculoskeletal therapy to gain a Masters degree in veterinary physiotherapy.
Fully insured and regulated by the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP) and the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP), I attend regular CPD to keep my skills and knowledge up to date with the latest research.
Every case is different and I love the variety and challenges I experience in my job. I gain huge satisfaction from seeing the positive results achieved through physiotherapy, both for the animal and for you.
Outside my work I am lucky enough to have two special animals in my life - my Fjord pony Fallon and a lively Springador Maggie!
